That’s why we offer flexible service plans that span standard, preventative maintenance and ongoing priority support. These range from business-hours assistance and onsite service to chat and proactive remote system monitoring. We have a plan built for every client we serve.

Standard Service + Warranty


All TRIPhase clients receive a one-year warranty on installation and programming, in addition to applicable manufacturers’ product warranties. During this period, service calls and emails are included at no charge and are available during normal business hours. Once the one-year warranty period has expired, ongoing support remains available at our standard hourly service rates.

This service includes equipment cleaning, system calibrations, battery level checks, and necessary software and firmware updates, along with a comprehensive report and any recommended service actions. By reducing downtime and helping avoid costly hardware or software failures or obsolescence, this service protects your investment and ensures performance. Preventative Maintenance is billed at our standard hourly service rates with no contract required.

Our 24/7/365 Remote Support Plans keep your home technology performing flawlessly long after the standard one-year warranty ends and gives you priority access to qualified technicians. Choose from our elevated service options including Enhanced, Concierge, Private Client, and Private Client+ to match your lifestyle and system needs. From remote troubleshooting to priority phone support and on-site service, each plan is designed to deliver fast, proactive, professional care when it matters most. With flexible pricing from $49 to $899 monthly, you can enjoy seamless performance and total peace of mind.
